Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic the HSE has organised the importation and delivery of the medicine - however this will stop once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.
Ava Barry suffers from Dravet's Syndrome and takes the medication, which is licenced to control seizures.
Her mother, Vera says it is not safe for her or her husband to travel to the Netherlands every three months and want a permanent solution by the Government.
