Demonstations have taken place across Ireland following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
Crowds gathered at Belfast City Hall yesterday afternoon hours before a demonstration took place outside the US Embassy in Dublin.
Many people have expressed concerns around social distancing at these demonstrations.
But it has opened up the conversation around racism in Ireland. How do we speak to our children about this?
Chantel Kangowa in Rathdrum spoke to us about her experience of racist behavior when she ran in the local elections last year.
