Wicklow T.D. Calls On Health Minister To Address Issue Of Doctors De-Registering

The number of doctors de-registering from the Medical Council has tripled in the last four years.

It's been revealed that almost 1,500 withdrew from the register last year.
Ireland has the longest hospital waiting lists in Europe, with the lowest level of hospital consultants per capita.
Fianna Fail's health spokesperson says the Minister for Health isn't addressing the issue with the urgency it requires.
Wicklow T.D. Stephen Donnelly says Simon Harris is continually refusing to meet with the Irish Hospital Consultants Association:
