€7.9 million in funding has been awarded to 80 research projects.
The projects, which will focus on talent for enterprise and employers, have been granted to early-career researchers.
Announcing the funding, Minister for Further and Higher Education, Wicklow’s Simon Harris says the findings will boost innovation and skills and hopes it will create a more sustainable, modern economy.
