Stuart Quiney, aged 39 from Laragh, was taken into custody on the 6th of September and had been held in the country since then.
He was charged after he sent a ninja and blood drop emoji to a former friend.
Detained in Dubai founder Radha Sterling has announced that Mr Quiney has been freed and is currently on a flight back to Ireland.
