The five full-time libraries in County Wicklow ahave reopened this morning.
The remaining eight part-time premises will re-open from next week.
The reintroduction of services is on a phased basis, in line with current public health advice.
Wicklow Library Services says all of their premises have been modified to comply with strict COVID-19 requirements.
