Trump Says The U.S. Has Peaked Coronavirus Outbreak

The total number of global Covid-19 cases has reached almost 2.1 million, with nearly 135,000 deaths.

In the US, the death toll has passed 28,500.
But yesterday, President Trump says the country has passed the coronavirus outbreak's peak. that's despite members of the president's newly formed business council reiterating what governors and his public health experts have been saying for weeks - that widespread testing would need to be implemented before Americans would feel safe to leave their homes
He'll set out new guidelines today on reopening the American economy.
