The former Mayfair Hotel at 1 Florence Terrace in Bray has been brought to market by Churches Estate Agents. It goes up for sale with a price tag of €1.95 million. The Mayfair Hotel served as a hotel for many years and was a popular meeting spot for local groups and organisations. The house has been described as one of Bray’s most complete and most impressive 19th-century groupings. The hall and first floor level feature 10 ensuite bedrooms.
