Taoiseach Confirms 10 Cost of Living Payment Dates Before Christmas.

An Taoiseach Simon Harris has confirmed the 10 Cost of Living payments today. Following the announcement of the Budget 2025 last week, the Taoiseach has put forward a budget for families in County Wicklow.

The list of payments and dates are as follows,

1. The first double payment for pensioners, carers and people with disabilities, paid on the 28th October.
2. Cost of living payment of €400 to Working Family Recipients, paid on 4th November.
3. Cost of living payment of €400 to recipients of Disability Allowance, Blind Pension, Invalidity Pension, paid on 4th November.
4. Cost of living payment of €300 to all Fuel Allowance Recipients, paid on 4th November.
5. 1st Double Payment of Child Benefit, paid on 5th November.
6. Cost of living payment of €400 to recipients of Carer’s Support Grant, paid on 11th November.
7. Cost of living payment of €200 to recipients of the Living Alone Allowance, paid on 11th November
8. Cost of living Payment of €100 for each child that is in eligible to the Child Support Payment, paid on 25th November.
9. Christmas Bonus double payment, paid on 2nd December                      
10. 2nd Double Payment of Child Benefit, paid on 3rd December.

Speaking today, An Taoiseach Simon Harris said:

"I know the cost of living is still real for so many families in County Wicklow. That’s why the Budget announced last week had a significant cost of living package that sought to put money back into people’s pockets, such as the Double-double child benefit payment."
