
The proposed development also includes space for retail outlets, over 500 car parking spaces and room for over 1,000 bikes.
There is provision for a 150-bed hotel and a public house.
The plans also include what would be major road changes, including plans to close access to Ravenswell Road from Dublin Road, as well as new vehichle access at the Upper Dargle Road junction on the Dublin Road.
Tthe public has just five weeks from when the application was submitted (March 14th) to make submissions.
