Gardai in Bray have launched a new enforcement campaign to keep the streets and businesses safer over the Christmas period, meaning there will be a stronger garda presence in the town during the festive season.
‘Operation Táirge, Operation ShopSafe and the Christmas Enforcement Campaign for Christmas and the New Year have been rolled out in the Bray District and the campaigns will run until January 7, 2024.
The primary operational aim of this policing plan will be dedicated high visibility hot spot beat patrols over the main trading periods within Bray and Greystones town centres and shopping areas and increased enforcement in terms of inspections of licensed premises.
