
Kris Kiggins, of no fixed abode, appeared before Bray District Court this morning charged with violent disorder and production of an article capable of inflicting serious injury.
The accused, who was wearing grey trousers and jumper with a black bodywarmer, did not speak during the hearing.

Detective Garda Ryan O'Neill told the court he arrested Mr Kiggins at Bray Garda Station this morning and that the accused made no reply when the charges were put to him.
Barrister Seoirse Fennessy, representing the accused, applied for bail which gardaí objected to.
Judge David Kennedy refused bail and remanded Mr Kiggins in custody to appear back before the courts via video link on the 1st of May.
Last week, two men and a teenager appeared in court in County Wicklow charged in connection with his death.
