A campaign group is opposing a proposed development near Magheramore beach.
A two storey building would be constructed at the site that would include a gym, sauna, cinema and outdoor swimming pool.
A petition against the development has reached 2,600 signatures online.
Campaign Spokesperson Martin Dyar says it would be out of sync with the local area.
