Bewley's Cafe In Dublin Set To Reopen

Management announced in May that the business would close with the loss of 110 jobs, due to a dispute with the landlord over rent arrears.

There are calls on the state to take over Bewley's Cafe in Dublin to prevent it being threatened in the future.

Management at the company announced last night they intend to open its doors by August 27th, despite saying in May a dispute with the landlord over rent would prevent them re-opening.

110 jobs were under threat, but it is not clear how many people will be employed with it does re-open.
