The Housing Minister is set to introduce a ban on co-living developments today.
According to The Irish Times, Darragh O'Brien is concerned about the volume of these developments being planned.
He has reviewed the current guidelines for co-living, which allow bedrooms of 12 square metres.
The guidelines were issued in 2018 - but were widely criticised.
