The Government has been criticised for not allocating funding towards a major road improvement scheme in North Wicklow this year.
Upgrades to the N81 will be prioritised alongside bus corridors on the N and M11.
However no funding will help progress works on that route between Junction 4 and 14.
Social Democrat TD in Wicklow Jennifer Whitmore says it's not acceptable.
