Gardai say a search was launched at the weekend after lasers were allegedly pointed at a helicopter crew.
The aircraft was flying from Dublin to Wicklow on Sunday at around half past ten, when the crew reported the incident.
The laser reportedly came from the North Dublin area, but officers searching the area were unable to find the source.
