Gardai Launch Investigation After Man Assaulted In North Dublin

A man in his 50s has been seriously injured after being stabbed in north Dublin.

A man has been arrested in connection with the incident.

This incident happened outside a pub in the Baldoyle area in Dublin 13 at about 1 o'clock this afternoon.

A man in his 50s was stabbed and has been taken to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin for treatment.

Gardai say his injuries are serious but not life-threatening.

A man in his 30s has been arrested and is being detained in Clontarf Garda Station.

The scene is currently preserved for a technical examination, and investigations are ongoing.
