Gardai investigating the alleged sexual assault of three young girls in North Wexford during the summer, have detained 4 males in connection their investigation.
The alleged attacks happened shortly after midnight on Sunday the 28th of July, close to the Beach in the burrow area of Courtown. One of the girls claimed she was raped, while the others were sexually assaulted.
The suspects, one adult and three juveniles are being detained at several Garda Stations in the South East under section 4 Criminal Justice Act.
