It’s understood a search is being carried in Arklow Harbour following reports that a vehicle was seen entering the water in the early hours of this morning.
Eye witnesses say members of the RNLI and coastguard personal are among a number of emergency services at the quayside this morning, after a search was stood down earlier because of poor weather conditions.
