Almost one billion euro worth of residential property will have been sold in Dublin this year.
There have been more than 1,970 multi-family and private rented sector units sold in the county in 2020 for a total of 854 million euro.
The Irish Times reports the largest residential investment transaction of the year was the forward sale of 368 apartments in Dún Laoghaire.
