The cost of buying a home increased again by over 9% nationwide in the year to November.
Prices in Dublin rose at a higher rate than the rest of the country.
While the rate at which property prices increased eased slightly in the year to November, they still went up by 9.4%.
CSO figures show that's down from 9.7% in the 12 months to October.
In Dubin they were up 9.6%, while they increased by 9.2% outside the capital.
The average price paid for a home nationally was €350,000.
The lowest average price was in both Leitrim and Longford at €180,000, while the highest was in Dun Laoghaire Rathdown at just under €655,000.
