There's been a rise in complaints from passengers on Dublin bus routes taken over by private operator, Go-Ahead.
The highest rate was on the number 104, which runs between Clontarf and DCU, Complaints went up 7 fold on the 18 route between Palmerstown and Sandymount - while the 142 and 76A also recorded high levels of complaints.
However the 17 and the 45A which serves north Wicklow had fewer complaints than when Dublin Bus operated the routes.
