Thomas Boland with an address at Cedar Court in the town was charged with a number of offences including failing to produce an insurance cert and speeding at the M11 Raheenagurren West at Gorey in August of last year.
The court was told Mr Boland was found to be driving at 140 kilometers an hour in a 120 zone.
When he was stopped, it's understood he was extremely difficult to deal with.
