Applications are currently open for two built heritage grant schemes; The Historic Structures Fund and The Community Monuments Fund 2025.
Both schemes are operated by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage and administered by the Heritage Office of Wicklow County Council.
The Historic Structure Fund 2025 will offer grants for architectural projects from €50,000 to €200,000 to support substantial enhancements, refurbishments or re-use of heritage structures.
The closing date for applications is 4.00pm Friday 17th January.

The Community Monuments Fund (CMF) 2025 aims to invest in Ireland’s archaeological heritage and is prioritised for local authorities, private owners, custodians, and community groups.
The aim of the fund is to enable conservation work on significant monuments in urgent need of support, to enhance the resilience of monuments against climate change, and to encourage access and improve the presentation of these monuments.
The closing date for applications is the 31st January, 2025.
