Join Jacksonstone Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant, where you'll serve as the essential link between clients and candidates. This dynamic, rewarding position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing top-notch service. This role is replacing a Senior Consultant so this is a HOT Desk with open roles and a list of established Clients.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly fee goals.
- Business Development: Actively engage in targeting new and existing clients to expand our network.
- Client Relationship Building: Visit client locations to build strong, lasting relationships and understand their unique industry needs and culture.
- Market Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of your recruitment sector and stay informed on industry trends.
- Candidate Sourcing: Attract candidates through strategic advertising, database search, and networking.
- Interviewing & Selection: Screen and assess candidates to ensure the best matches for client roles.
- Service Excellence: Provide exemplary service to clients and candidates alike.
- Data Management: Accurately log all client and candidate information into our database.
- Advertising: Create and place targeted job ads across platforms like job boards, social media, and radio.
- Headhunting: Identify and engage passive candidates through our network and tools like LinkedIn.
- Application Management: Review applications, shortlist candidates, and facilitate the interview process.
- Candidate Preparation: Brief candidates on roles, salaries, and benefits.
- Feedback & Negotiation: Provide post-interview feedback and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements.
- Consulting: Offer informed advice on market salaries, career development, and recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Sales/Telesales role; recruitment experience is a plus but not essential.
- Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Mindset: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and a drive to meet targets.
