Taoiseach Says Fine Gael's Participation In Government Should Not Be “Taken For Granted”

Fianna Fail reportedly wants the role of Taoiseach for three years, after it came away from the General Election with the highest number of seats.

However Fine Gael wants a two-and-a-half-year split on the role, similar to the arrangement in the outgoing government.

Wicklow TD Simon Harris says his party will want to be treated as an equal partner, if they are to go into Government.
